Pros

Great benefits and time off (25 days to start!). If you stay long enough and are bright you will get promoted. Many opportunities to move around. Management is usually supportive in movement to other areas of the business. Work with lots of smart professional people.

Cons

Management and people are always moving so nothing is ever constant so as soon as you get used to what your doing it changes completely and you get a new team. Some management is completely disconnected to work. Some positions and teams are more difficult to get out of then others.
