Pros

Generous time-off and benefit package

Cons

A great deal of effort should be expended on soliciting political favor if you have dreams of being successful within this company. Knowledge and ability alone are rarely recognized, especially if the individual does not possess a college education.

Pros

5 weeks vacation and Summer hours

Cons

Managers could yell at direct report and get away, because senior management cares more about managers than the working bees.
