      Everyone was very friendly and it was easy to work with your team or get information from them. There was no pressure if you did not know how to do something they would teach it to you.

      It is a financial company so because of many regulations it takes time to get started.

      Compensation for what is expected of you is high. Lots of employees had been their for over 5 years so the help was there.
