Pros

Great benefits, good campus and cafe.

Cons

Raises are a joke. Even after months of solid performance as a high achiever and outstanding achiever my performance raises are less money per month than it takes to fill my gas tank once. When you get promotion or change pay grades they don’t tell you your new salary until you’ve been in the position for a while – you will be told you’re getting a raise but it can be three pay periods before you see the raise. . By the time you realize it’s $.15 an hour they say you are committed to the new position for one year.

Pros

l can only speak to my department but the pay was great, the management was solid, and work was fairly easy.

Cons

Little room to advance until you wanted to do management. Multiple computer systems that did not share customer information. Ever changing processes and procedures.
