      Pros

      People are nice. Lots of coffee available. Movement throughout the company is encouraged.

      Cons

      Very stressful environment, managers do not know answers to a lot of questions. Underpaid by a mile compared to their competitors. Cannot take unpaid time off. Call graders are nit picky, overly critical. High turn over rate due to employees seeking higher pay at competitors.

      Open seating is awful. Lack of work/life balance and work from home is being eliminated.
