Pros

Management is awesome, they actually care about the employees, very flexible and understanding. I would reccomend this company to others.

Cons

Reduction in force not handled all that well... Discover lost a bunch of great employees that should still be there...

Pros

It's a decent job for someone in highschool, or someone attending college. The pay isn't the best, but it's not the worst. If you can handle working in a call center, then you probably wouldn't mind this job. The people you work with are normally pretty fun. Usually call centers are some of the more fun places to work.

Cons

Working in a call center.

Pros

Great benefits, Good People, Gym located in building, Nice cafeteria, good access to public transportation, very clean and well maintained work environment

Cons

pay is not that great, too many middle managers, no real opportunities to stand out unless your boss lets you, too many meetings
