      Great benefits and pay - especially for working parents.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but would advise prospective candidates that cultures differ by business unit (Bank, Card, Network) so you should connect with others in the specific business unit of interest when considering fit (vs. the company as a whole).

      It is a great place to work and there are many opportunities for development.

      Cons

      It can be stressful since there is a lot of legal stuff. Also, there are teams and often times favorites can be picked. It's not always fair how things are done.
