Work life balance Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit Discover Management System is trying to enable teams, promote coaching and development, and process discipline. True customer focus Competitive but in a healthy way Nice campus Takes care of good talent

Cons

Director-level and up lacking fundamental leadership skills in Consumer Bank. Top down management style and common for VP level getting into minutia of the work. Run like a factory, numbers are everything for the senior leaders. People don’t understand the strategy of the company as it translates to business units.

The only good things are your colleagues and pay.

Cons

Management doesn’t listen to the analysts actually speaking to applicants. Very very strict. You can’t even read a book when there are no calls coming in. Everyone is unhappy in the workplace. There’s no room for growth. Recently changed everyone’s job titles so they can’t find work in what they’re actually doing. A lot of favoritism. So if you aren’t a favorite there’s no room for growth. No work/life balance. Working weekends are mandatory. It’s like classism here.
