Discover has lost it's way. Leadership continues to make commitments without knowing the impact, and worse, without even checking with the experts that should weigh in on the solution. DFS wasn't always this way, but they have continually strayed away from their core principle of doing the right thing, and have buried their teams in more demand than we have the capacity to do

Flexible work arrangement policy but it is really up to the management if you're approved or not to work remotely Good benefit It used to have on-site great training programs but not anymore Cutting-edge technologies

Very few career growth opportunities, internal promotion is rare Frequent reorganization in the business technology department introduced friction and inefficiency The company especially the technology department did nothing to hold the talents, instead, it introduced a model that evaluated everyone, which caused more talent bleeding
