Pros

Discover is a stable company to work for with good benefits when it comes to 401K, insurances, and PTO. The pay is decent, but they tend to cut back on incentives on certain departments and pay less compared to their competitors.

Cons

Upper management SUCKS! I’m talking about HQ people, we are all just a number to them and easily replaceable. Management on the floor (team leaders and coaches) tend to be nice and flexible with employees for the most part but they do not get the last word. Also, system issues are a regular thing and happen almost daily.

Pros

The pay is decent along with the PTO and benefits.

Cons

Last manager was a joke who acted unprofessionally and clearly played favorites. If you weren't his buddy then good luck.
