Best Job in the Canvass Biz

Pros

As a director there's a huge amount of autonomy and as long as you can work hard, canvass well, and organize people you'll be great. You only work 40 hour weeks and get paid more than directors at other canvassing organizations like The Fund or GCI who overwork and underpay their directors.

Cons

Occasionally you'll have to work 6-days a week, sometimes as late as 11:00 at night. The company wont pay for staff nights and travel expenses upfront.
