      Management - vision and execution are good Training - internal and external is well supported and constant Product - Best in class and keeps improving Clients - loads to work with and all on a similar journey

      Cons

      Salary bonus linked to chargeability Some positions do similar jobs in certain scenarios but don't share same resources - this could be improved. Career progression not always as clean cut as other companies

      - Very welcoming environment, even with a language barrier, as I was coming to a German speaking office without real German speaking skills - Space and ability to make an impact from almost day #1 - Putting a lot of trust and control to the actual people and teams - Healthy culture, focus on winning and moving forward, but still keeping a lot of humility

      Cons

      - With such a big product, it's challenging to get the necessary domain knowledge in the beginning - It's sometimes easy to feel like a small cogwheel in a huge machine
