Pros

1. The leadership team in Linz and Poland is the best! 2. The leaders in US, especially Shawn White will help any individual in customer space to turn into a star. 3. The place enable an individual to be the expert in Customer Experience industry 4. A great team that is quite friendly and could be your next family. 5. An awesome product that could be the best career move

Cons

Leadership is also the downside in other regions.(for sure they would be working on this) No other reason to be not part of this wonderful company

Cons

Solid OTE, however very low quota attainment rate. A lot of their inside sales reps and account execs are outside hires, and not promoted from within the SDR team
