      Pros

      I feel enabled and supported by my manager. Colleagues are capable, friendly, helpful, and looking to make the company a great place to work. The work is suitably challenging and provides opportunities for self-development.

      Cons

      Some disconnect between APAC and other regions. While employees are friendly and respectful, there is not enough visible diversity & inclusion emphasis.

      Pros

      Amazing training and support from Director, Manager and colleagues - one of the best companies I have worked for and the products they sell are excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new and exciting challenge to check out the job openings. Really lovely company to work for and everyone at Dynatrace is very welcoming, the people are hardworking and passionate about what they do. The HR and recruiting teams communication was second to none and the onboarding process was brilliant, they provided everything a new starter could possibly need and more.

      Pros

      great onboarding process and fabulous Management team. Dynatrace is the best on the market and the best workplace ever. I've never felt so welcomed and appreciated

      the interview process was quite long in my opinion but it is understandable considering the high standards required
