      Pros

      Great company. Young enough as to be hungry, old enough as to be mature. The career possibilities of a Start Up, with the fundations of a Public NYSE Company. Great product. Leader of its market. Delivering Real value to customers. Within a growing market and with a platform/service that is so revolutionary it's going to be fit for purpose for years to come. A winning team.

      Cons

      Still a bit "too" American centric. An more independent european perspective is a work in progress, but happy to be part of it.

      Pros

      Caring company that is well run. Offices are great . Leadership has done a great job of supporting employees remotely during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Company is growing rapidly (I think it is a pro but it does brings along a set of issues)
