Pros

First, the technology is amazing and significantly ahead of the competition. That helps us deliver great results to the customer. The onboarding, training and support programs are the best I've seen. As a sales rep, you can achieve high earnings but it requires a lot of preparation and creative prospecting.

Cons

I can't really think of any. As a sales rep, I would love to have more accounts but that's true anywhere! Don't come here if you aren't ready to spend a lot of time learning and working hard.

* Great Software product. * Always innovating and keeping up with the latest technology, ranked #1 in Gartner's report for the last 8 years and going. * All about learning and applying practical knowledge. Provides all accommodations for SEs to continuously learn new products and tools. * Team members are really great, always helpful and supportive. * Great pay and benefits.
