      Upward mobility, become more of a big company feel, red tape, a lot of people need to say yes to do deals - just as hard to sell internally as externally

      Good company, but could be better if they listened to their employee's feedback.

      Pros

      Great innovative product, good people, good salary, nice office, and good work-life balance and flexibility.

      Cons

      Not many possibilities to grow in the company if you're not in a technical role. Processes change regularly which creates lack of consistency in workload. Mid-management is not really skilled at people management, they tend to be people that were good at their jobs and got promoted instead of actual people managers. Workload is high.
