Fair compensation is something we take seriously, and we're committed to addressing any disparities to ensure that all our team members feel valued and fairly compensated for their contributions. While certain education and degrees may be valuable depending on the position, there are other factors we might consider when determining compensation, such as tenure, impact on the success of our company, and alignment to our values and culture. That’s why we continually assess our salary structures to remain competitive in the market, in addition to offering annual promotion cycles and merit raises.
