Pros

Much freedom, like arrive and leave but 40 hours per week should be reached. In my current project work from home possible.

Cons

The customer of my current project is not able to adopt to agile software development process. Testing is not respected as it should be.

Pros

Trainings (unfortunately I work out of office on customer site so can not participate on these events) Free coffee and soft drinks (-||-) Rest rooms (-||-)

Cons

You are only a body. It's hard to change project. If you got a wrong project you must stay there or quit the company. EPAM Academy is only good for stick employees for years to EPAM.

Pros

New technologies to learn. No compromise with quality and best practices so you actually learn how to write the best code. Lot of internal learning portals. Lot to learn in Automation testing.

Cons

Yet to come across one.
