Great people, interesting project

Pros

I have been working on stable and interesting projects. Other people I know are less lucky. Your time at Epam really depends on the team and the project. Managers in Ukraine, especially in the Western part were great people.

Cons

Not too bad for a global company. They freeze salary as much as they can though.

remote work worklife balance is there involved in the team of ukranian people, very humble and understandable team new learning opportunities

Cons

they are not impsing certification to do they should improve their internal learning portal as they only recommend internal learning portals rather then doing certification
