The best working environment I have had since I started working. 1. Management is good 2. Best work life balance 3. Plenty of projects to work with 4. Support for certification (100% reimbursement)

Cons

Only cons I can say is that even it has the same yearly increments like any other IT company ie only 4-5 %.
