      Work from home flexing salary on time increment every year

      Cons

      Projects are less bench policy layoff if you dont get project no employee engagement not employee centric hiring folks in low salary making it another tcs infosys

      Total support in hard times

      Internal company ecosystem with advanced, useful service applications. Variety of clients. Numerous internal hard and soft skills development activities. Full support for self-training and certification programs. Proactive initiatives and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

      Cons

      Company growth is almost flat (according to public reports). Compensation reviews are infrequent. The two points above are largely due to the current global economic situation.
