- On a technical/professional level, most employees know their stuff
- There are some interesting projects
Cons
- Really de-centralized environment, where almost everyone works on different projects, which makes it hard to build relationships
- Salary is not really up to other companies for the same role types
- Progressing is really cumbersome and could be way easier

Hello, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. It's good to hear you've had a positive experience working with knowledgeable colleagues on projects you find challenging and interesting.
We're disappointed that you haven't had the best experience in other areas. We know salary is important, and we strive to ensure a competitive compensation package and maintain our pay-for-performance philosophy. We welcome the discussion if you are concerned about your compensation and would like to discuss this further. Please reach us at Glassdoor@epam.com. Have a great day.
Projects are not fulfilling at all. After a year on the project you have a feel ing like nothing has been done. Team leads and management of the projects are micromanaging because they don't have enough experience and knowledge to run a project. Also get used to multiple 1-2 hours meeting on a daily basis with no purpose at all.
