*Unlimited growth opportunities. Many courses and internal mentoring programs available. Seniority increase based on the assessment process, no need to wait 10yrs+ to become lead. *Company culture. Everybody is chill and trusting, freedom to work whenever you want. Just fulfil your commitment.

Cons

*No soul. As in many big companies, you will be sourced to various projects, get to interact with people there. Not many company activities and small benefits e.g. teambuilding's.
