      There are opportunities, but you have to fight with EPAM to get it.

      Pros

      As an outsource company, EPAM provides you with an option to choose a customer who you will be working with. As a result, you can switch between projects/technologies/etc and work with what you want.

      Cons

      But the "Nothing personal, it's just business" position is abused by managers and in order to reach your personal goals (namely work-life balance), you have to fight for them. The system doesn't encourage it.

      Stable company where you will not be hired. Because Epam always needs employee.

      Perhaps it is salary, you need to pass assessment and it is really long process to raise wages.
