- benefits like multisport card, medical insurance etc. in scope of monthly bonuses 400 PLN with taxes. - office is located in very center of Wroclaw which makes traveling to work convenient by any kind of transport.

Cons

Tons of bureaucracy processes. Very complex to raise your salary. No option to go for any conference. Most probably you'll be working at the bank delegated from EPAM and it makes huge gap between employer and employee.
