For the whole year I was getting my salary for doing nothing. Don't know if it is a plus, but anyway

They can only intimidate you, giving no help and explanations. Worst employer I have ever had. No support during job application. No support with legal issues.

Pros

It's a really great place to start your career. Epam provides several mentoring program, if you still need some help in the beginning before getting on to a project, and all the colleagues I worked and work with were/are really supporting. Work-life balance is provided, overtime is hardly needed. So, altogether it's a great place.

Cons

The salary is not too great, not too terrible, basically just a bit below the average I'd say.
