      Great company to work at and grow

      Pros

      I have worked with a lot of brilliant colleagues during my 3-year-tenure at EPAM. I was able to grow a lot professionally.

      Cons

      Promotion was a bit difficult. Salary was slightly below market rates. Some projects are a lot more exciting than others, but it's similar at other places.
