Hi, thank you for taking the time to share this review. Your perspective is valuable for us and for anyone considering a career at EPAM Lithuania. We're glad you highlighted our engineering culture — indeed, our global community of experts and commitment to continuous learning have made engineering a core pillar at EPAM for over 30 years. And the nature of the work — diverse projects and complex challenges from our clients — is how we bring that culture to life. We recognize your concerns around salary reviews and promotion. Our people remain central to our success, and we strive to balance business goals with team well-being and development. Improving transparency around compensation and growth is one of our key priorities, and we have been working with managers to help build more open dialogue with their teams. We understand this remains an area for improvement and will continue our efforts. Regarding team-building activities, it’s true that for a period of time around 2020 we temporarily adjusted offline celebrations due to global events. However, our in-person events are now back as we understand the importance of connecting offline. For the past few years, we have hosted a rich calendar of events in tech, well-being, hobbies, sports, arts, and national holidays — including New Year’s gatherings. EPAMers also participate in local community events, like sports marathons, our partners' celebrations, tech conferences, and meetups. We hope you enjoyed many of them this December and invite you to follow the “EPAM Lithuania Informal Community” for upcoming ones. As we welcome transparent feedback on the platform, if you would like to share more details with us, feel free to reach out at Glassdoor@epam.com or confidentially via our Ethics Hotline at https://ethics.epam.com.
