Pros

- I have seen EPAM partnering with product-based companies, offering opportunities to work on real-world problems with continuous learning and growth, there is a Strong learning culture, with early exposure to structured programs like DSA and system design training led by experienced engineers. - Vibrant tech communities for Java, Python, DevOps, AI, and more, supported by regular speaker sessions, hackathons, kata events, quizzes, and masterclasses. - Organized practice groups ensure you're engaged even when between projects. Practices focus on upskilling in the latest technologies and preparing for client engagements. - Supportive peer learning culture - Hands-on exposure to AI through hackathons, internal challenges, real-world applications, and training sessions led by expert instructors. - Dedicated innovation space called the Garage that encourages idea-sharing, experimentation, and leading your own POCs if the idea is strong.

Cons

- The onboarding and early weeks can feel overwhelming due to the wide array of initiatives and programs and with so many events and communities, - it might be hard to prioritize or balance learning with project work at times.

Pros

I spent almost six years at EPAM. They gave me tons of knowledge, experience in hundreds of areas. The people I worked with were the most professional I have ever met, and the attitude in the company makes you strive for the same level of professionalism. I'm grateful I had a chance to work there.

Cons

- people - opportunities - recognition - attitude - knowledge base
