      1. Promotion is not depend on project performance, Again you need to complete course in Portal 2. To take Interview also you need to complete Course 3. If you don't like project, to switch to other project again you need to clear interview (Like Job Hunting after Getting Job) 4. Interval Interviews are too many to sent for Client Interview.
