Continuous communication from management . Huge tech community

Cons

EPAM Systems only worries about clients , no matter how badly client is treating their employees. Very money/payroll centric. Account/Delivery managers are not helpful at all. Very lengthy process to get a promotion. Even for good appraisal you have to really really work exceptionally from what is expected from you. Very hard to get a praise from account managers.
