      - You will always get a very good and balanced life at EPAM. (Exception cases can be avoided) - Superb Health, Insurance Benefits (Includes Free Online Medical checkups, discounted Gym plans, customized Medical Insurances for families) - Good Team members across Teams

      Cons

      No major con, only challenges are with higher experienced and salaried employees when you stay for longer time on bench.
