      They have plenty of projects for teams. Accumulated internal knowledge database for technical people to learn. Management level relatively flat and simple.

      Cons

      Company lacks of diversity, east European is the biggest coding base thus many leaders are from there. Not many career chances, the company does not give many cares to employers, benefits are very limit, below than most of IT industrial corporations.
