Pros

nothing as such for good word.

Cons

1. Worst HR management 2. no process followed, HRs decide on their own whether candidate will join or not and ignore someone's profile. 3. After having all rounds clear, they dont even communicate back with updates and accept/reject candidates based on their own moods (highly unprofessional HRs) 4. Its always candidates who approach them and get a very bad response. 5. Very poor work environment 6. People are thinking to leave the company soon after joining.

Recruitment team constantly seeks feedback on the existing process and works towards improving the candidate experience. To this effect, we have reduced the time between interviews drastically so that candidates need not visit office multiple times, created a process of offer roll out and onboarding process through https://welcome.epam.in/. Our recruitment team and interviewers go through regular training programs to create a better experience to candidates.

Pros

Great work-life balance. You don't have to do much if you don't want to which might be good in some situations. Some projects are better than others Lots of free time which can be used for learning something new

Cons

You manager doesn't really care about you until the client pays - No goals, no feedback, nothing Lots of legacy project Cutting costs everywhere No clear career path

Pros

There are really talented people on both the "operations" and middle management positions. Most competency heads are really interested on keeping the talent they have and usually treat their employees in an acceptable way. You can have a good time as most people are really nice. After all I would still recommend Epam if you want to learn to work under pressure (it has really hard and challenging projects), the company will help ypu leap to bigger and better opportunities.

Cons

I could say a lot about management here but there is nothing I haven't said before face to face and in my "not confidential" exit interview (I did that disclaimer to HR) You either agree with the 100% of what the company does or you are label as a bad employee (not agreeing with something brings richness to work and to management decision but you need a mature leadership for it) If you have the courage to speak up your disagreements even if you do it on the propper channels they will take it the wrong way and will tell gossips about you even after you leave the company, like saying you wrote the previous bad reviews about management (gossip spread by HR and management).
