Every project you apply for has a competitive internal process to secure a place in a project, this is because there are usually a lot of people on "bench" waiting for projects. Finally, the recent reduction in employee benefits, letting go of hundreds of staff and a massive drop in available projects raises concerns about the company's financial stability. Overall, while there are positives to working here, these issues are worth considering for prospective employees.
