- Abundance of career development resources and micro communities to support professional aspirations - Lots of interesting projects to work on - Lateral moves are allowed
Cons
- Hectic to work at times - sometimes you are asked handle multiple customers at a time - Working with developers in Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia across so many time zones can really break your sleep patterns - Customers are given too much power, including the power to interview you before you are offered the job at EPAM; personally, this is the first time I see a company that allows its customers to vote on its hiring decisions
