If you quit earlier than a year, you have to pay back the expenses for the relocation. Lower salary at the beginning because of the relocation package

Pros

Now a days all glass-door reviews are positive because management is begging their pets to write and rate this up. Instead of this the HR people can work more on Employee benefits like attrition and firing. No growth, no Projects and almost 300 members are on bench.

Cons

Please don't make fake promises to offered candidates to join you. All you need is to manage the manager then you will survive. Please don't trust these positive fake reviews my friends. Talk to employee before you join this company.
