Hire and Fire company

Pros

Offers competitive pay, a flexible work-from-home policy, and excellent insurance and employee benefits.

Cons

After joining EPAM, employees must clear a client interview to secure a project. The company follows a "hire and fire" culture—many employees are recruited, but their future at EPAM depends on passing internal client interviews. I was laid off within a couple of months due to a lack of projects for my role. This was extremely frustrating—why hire employees if you don’t have work for them? Project exposure is not great. I can't comment on additional cons, as my experience was overshadowed by the layoff.
