Pros

- insurance is not bad comparing to other out-staffing companies; - you can say "I'm fed up for this project" and might be relocated, but you must work one more year (or pay-back whatever you owe for expenses); - you might be lucky to get a GC (but it will take too much time, artificially slowing down).

Cons

- Poor salary rates. - You will be just a resource, no one is going to care about you. It's just a business. - You might be lucky to work on some EPAM's clients with a modern tech stack and good management, but I haven't seen it within 4 projects. - There is no culture for the team buildings in the company, New Year events are cheap, or even it's not organized. - You might be blamed for some harassment, just to do not do a salary review and/or bonuses. Funny thing that one RM might say you "pass assessment and increase your job title" for salary review, but meanwhile another one "I don't care about it, show off yourself for client". Don't expect significant royalty for your ambitions and overtime.

Pros

1. They might offer you very good salary, but its a trap.

Cons

1. It's not a Product base company (People get confused as they mention "We are Product development firm', it's a typical worst work cultured Service based Indian Company. 2. They have only one Big client for which they hire and once the client back off the whole management system breaks down. 3. Very immature and naive management. 4. Very high iteration rate. (People hardly stay there for 6-8 months) 5. Pune has no projects hence they might ask you to relocate any point of time. 6. Travelling opportunity to abroad is ZERO. 7. Over night people and project shuffling. 8. Might get shut down any day. Overall not a good company to work and settle your career with.

Pros

Great Insurance, sick days (7), Interesting clients, paid public holidays.

Cons

- Get ready to be micro-managed. They will control literally every step in project you are working on . - Basically you can't talk to clients directly, EPAM would like to route everything through them, creating unnecessary channels. - You are just a resource for EPAM as well as the client. Chances are you will be mostly surrounded by Ukranian , Belarussian employees at client sites and EPAM. - Don't expect bonus or anything as such unless you invest 5 years in the company - Your project assignments will not be based on your skills
