EPAM has a Structured onboarding with hands-on training in C++ helped me build my solid tech base. So many Supportive trainers who made complex topics easier to understand. Easy transition into a live project; real-world exposure to large-scale systems, debugging, and architecture. Opportunities to be a part of internal competitions like coding leagues and Ideathons, which encourage problem-solving Exposure to both technical and business perspectives through collabactivities. There is a lot of encouragement towards continuous learning and personal growth through side projects and challenges.

Cons

Learning curve can feel steep in the initial months, especially when transitioning from training to project work.
