Constant efforts are made to retain associates proactively. We do this through 1*1 connects that provides the understanding of pulse and address concerns raised. Effective communication channels to provide organization updates as part of building open and transparent culture. Various avenues like job rotations, opportunities – where associates will be able to apply for jobs across EPAM regions, Contribute – where associates are provided option to contribute to internal projects and many more avenues that enriches the skill and provide support to grow.
There is constant inflow of new projects starting in EPAM India that requires lot of new hiring. Over 200 new associates have joined this year and plan is to more than double the hiring for next year. Based on the client need, projects are staffed with a mix of new and existing associates and with those who have relevant experience in that skill. However, most of our projects are operated from India development center where we provide opportunities for associates to work on new technologies, provide opportunities to reskill.
As part of building open and transparent culture, there are multiple communication channels that ensures associates become aware of organization updates. Exclusive meetings held with leads and Managers every month to keep them abreast of organization.
Continuous and upward feedback is necessary for understanding the pulse of associates and we believe in collecting instant feedback. To this effect, we run surveys (Day2, 30 & 90) to guage the assimilation of new joinees. Skip levels, 1*1 connects, connects with leadership are few feedback interventions that are regularly conducted to provide opportunity to associates to share their ideas and concerns.
