      Pros

      Career development opportunities at EPAM are immense. Post acquisition, focus on learning has become a key driver within the organization. Upskilling of resources / Global mentoring programs are good programs to watch out for. Focus on gaining practical experience by giving module assignments is a good approach to keep the learning intact. New projects have started to roll out in more numbers, which indicates stability. Referral policy is good and simple

      Cons

      While the current benefits are good, specifically insurance. Adding more benefits like common shuttle service etc to associates would be helpful.

      EPAM as a Global Company Quality Focus

      Cons

      EPAM India is still carrying AGS values, which are not good for the employees and the company. Middle and Senior Management at EPAM India is ineffective and doesn't follow the modern era principles to compete the world. They are still living in old time and doesn't want to upgrade. Middle Management from EPAM Global also treats Indian employees as unskilled worker and doesn't give any importance to them.

      Pros

      EPAM global is good. Not even one good reason to join in India.

      Cons

      Worst leadership team. Spoiling EPAM branding in India to save their jobs & playing with other employees career. There is no logic behind layoff's. Only blessed from top 5 can survive without doing any good work. If you see any good comments then that is from their pets and mgmt pushed to write.
