- big mature company with a lot of employees worldwide - annual performance reviews - a lot of opportunities in different countries with an ability to migrate internally in a lot of company's offices worldwide - remote work

Cons

- a lot of legacy projects as it is an outsourcing company - salaries are a bit lower in comparison with product companies - a lot (5 or so) interview levels
