Pros

Good salary that compensate for less benefits in comparison to other companies. Good learning portal and very well internal structure.

Cons

Lack of transparency while in bench and you get laid off from one day to another, no previous advice to be prepared. Besides, it's strange that they are laying people off, but advertising openings for those same roles. After you're laid off, they stop answering your emails even when you ask important information.

Pros

1. They provide a lot of learning and training resources for you to upskill yourself and get certifications. Most highly qualified certifications such as cloud certifications can be reimbursed which is good. 2. Work life balance is generally good and able to WFH. But generally if you are on a client project, it depends on how hectic the project is.

Cons

1. Salary is lower than market rate, even after some salary review. 2. There is hardly any bonuses. Bonus is a variable component here. No 13th month. 3. The footprint in SG is small. There aren't many clients in SG and not much growth in the client base. 4. There can be job insecurity when there aren't many client projects when client decides to cut contract then end up on bench.
