Pros

- Friendly and very experienced leadership team, represent good role models for self-development, haven't had any issues with them so far. - Working culture is rather healthy and human-oriented, internal processes and communication are built in an efficient and flexible way so that from the first working day anybody can feel that themselves as a part of not only the local team in Japan, but also of regional and global teams. A semi-formal way of communication is preferable within the company, so it's easy to talk to the management from various levels, really enjoy it. - Office workspace is fantastic: center of Tokyo, WeWork co-working space, a lot of office perks (free coffee/tea and even beer (after working hours), and events, I would say quite a community-based place. And a nice view from the windows. - Talented and professional coworkers, most employees have decades of industry experience, always can learn from them a lot, especially from the experience design team. The local team is multicultural, with people from US, Europe, Korea etc. At the same time, there is regular communication with global teams from all over the world. - free access to different internal and external educational courses, certifications, materials etc. - great projects with an advanced tech stack - Flexible hours, no dress code at the office (you can wear slippers and shorts, nobody cares if don't have meetings with clients). Complete remote style of work. - Good compensation, social package

Cons

- annual leave is not long enough - would be nice to have more benefits (free access to the gym or something like that) - would be great to see people at the office more often, but it's my personal issue I guess.

Pros

Good salary. Learning platforms and partnerships.

Cons

Poor organization between the internal areas of the company. Poor feedback from the staffing people. Lack of projects for each seniority. It feels like they don't care for their employees.

Pros

Courses and training. "Benefits" (but almost all companies have them)

Cons

Blurry process. They say you could can chose any project, but in fact, you need to fit all the requirements of the client. If you don't have the expertise of the tool, language or framework, they reject you. Doesn't matter if you could learn them or you have soft skills.
