      - Really great people to work with who are great at what they do - Strong engineering and software development mindset - Relocation options - Work/life balance - Employee stock purchase plan - Health Insurance and benefits on day 1 of employment

      Cons

      - The company is scaling very rapidly, which comes with a lot of challenges - It isn't easy to understand the whole context and the rules - You must make a reasonable effort to find the right people within the company

      Great company supporting Ukraine

      Pros

      Modern, forward thinking organisation with one of the best on-boarding processes in the business. Supporting Ukraine enormously and it's a pleasure working with colleagues from Eastern Europe. Flat structure, everyone so far has been helpful and approachable. Cares for staff, not just a money making machine, pay is good compared to other orgs I have been at. Flexible working, no pressure to be in the office. Opportunity to move around in the org if the appetite is there.

      Cons

      Because the organisation is large it can be tricky to pinpoint help where it's needed, especially for new starters who have yet to build a network.

Also good to know that you benefit from our flexible working opportunities and see the chance to move around in the org since we foster our employees' professional growth also by switching roles not only vertically, but also horizontally. Of course we do not want anyone to feel lost in the beginning and therefore we have set up some initiatives to help you build a network in the company such as Elevenses - our frequent internal networking events, shared office lunches on Thursdays, telescope and other people platforms.       Leadership enables and trusts you to work autonomously Support from the top-down and bottom-up with everyone looking out for each other Working with experts in their respective fields where people don't have bluster or swagger Access to people when needed without going through layers of red tape The HR and Leadership teams have your back, and help you grow

      Very little The Ireland office, like the rest of the company, is experiencing hyper growth which brings its own challenges and are typically teething problems that are easily overcome
