I’ve been working at EPAM/Anywhere almost 1 year as a Business Analyst and the most what I like in Epam Anywhere is flexibility in everything. Flexible work schedules (depends on the project and team member’s time zone), possibility to work from any place of your country, switching the projects, ability to choose a suitable business domains, career development roadmap. Each worker has a resource manager, people partner, mentor and staffing manager, so that all of them are very supportive and you can get any answers in a second or help from them. Because of that you do not feel any inconvenience in working fully remote. Working from Kazakhstan, I get a western projects with diverse team from all over the world, a competitive salary and priceless experience. There are plenty opportunities to growth and development both horizontally and vertically that can be monitored by mentor or resource manager that can coordinate you during your journey. Currently, I am preparing an assessment to grow as a Senior BA and I've been supported by my mentor. Besides, EPAM has a several educational platforms to increase your competency in each specializations. I clear see how to grow and develop myself at EPAM Anywhere. That's why I recommend EPAM Anywhere to everyone who cares about his career and future development.
