Pros

Good environment and offices and opportunities if you're off-site. Grow opportunities if you're not onsite. Good benefits (medical insurance, dental, 401k)

Cons

Live to work, not work to live. Your performance is often evaluated by your emotions rather than by knowledge. Many of your European colleague are cold and mean, but it’s normal for them. Managers are mostly not the type of person you would want to work with, talk to or meet. Your work is subject to the prejudice of the leader/manager, they do not listen to you, they want to control/decide for you. Sensitive people may feel excluded, lonely and depressed.

Pros

No Pros in this org

Cons

-Hire and fire policy without any reasons, playing with lives of people -Every month company is firing 200-300 resources due to lack of project in EPAM India -Firing will be continued and will never stop. - They have recently started promoting employees via unified assesment process. But I have seen 1 case where company is taking back promotion with no reason after 1- 2 months of promotion date. This can happen with any of the resource in EPAM. - No projects in EPAM

Thank you for the feedback. We will continue to look for ways to improve our employee experience as we continue to grow. -EPAM India is a 1000 people strong organization with 20% net addition every year. 5 big & reputed logos (Finance, Retail, Mobile, Product Development, Banking sector) have started projects with EPAM India in 2017. We have expanded operations and opened a new centre in Pune. We are also building RPA & AI competency in India. -We believe in "value the Individual", one of our core value and therefore built people management tools like Personal Development Plan, Unified Assessment, Feedback assessment tool that captures 360 degree feedback and no bell curve, mentoring programs, universities to build delivery management and solution architects, technical events like Software Engineering Conference and IT week to showcase technical capabilities, various reward mechanisms etc -We believe strongly in helping our employees continue to succeed in their careers, and we do this through Unified Assessment (UA). UA is a process to promote right talent with appropriate skills and capabilities to higher levels. This is an unbiased process where employee is assessed by a panel of experts to ensure skill and capabilities across regions are similar.

Pros

flexible working hours good office space nice HR policies

Cons

Just to show case the strength as and when required they will hire the people and firing is seen frequently without any reason. recently around 500 employees are fired. They ruined around 300 fresher's life by recruiting from premium institutes like JNTU Hyderabad and put on bench for 4 months, fired. These freshers have lost other opportunities being from JNTUH and it's very hard for them to continue their career.Just think of a midle class student who got into EPAM with hopes. never chose EPAM
