In short span of time EPAM has grown to leaps and bounds Global Presence Interview process is good to scrutinize the talent Flexible working hours hence Work life balance is good Leave policies are good.Recently started with Leave donation policy Visibility & professional growth is very high because of the flat hierarchy structure.

Cons

No bench strength . Gender ratio should be balanced.

Thank you for the feedback. We strive towards providing benchmarked benefits to our associates and provide conducive environment for our associates to become successful. In Hyd, shuttle services are operated from Hitec city railway station to office. This is to encourage associates to use public transportation. Please suggest, if we can introduce similar services from nearest railway/bus station in case associates are using the train/bus facility to commute.

Gender ratio should be balanced and More cosmo culture should be encouraged. Lot of traffic around the office area.

To that effect, we have various forums like Whats Going On sessions every 2 months with the leadership, Voice of EPAM drop boxes where associates can post queries/concerns anonymously, face time with leadership, various communication channels like Townhalls, Skip levels to ensure associates are heard.
